WHIL – Detail Engineering

The ultimate role of the WHIL Detail Engineering divisions is to produce fabrication details of each element in the steel frame for manufacture at our workshops.

WHIL – Detail Engineers use advanced 3-D modelling packages like Tekla Structures (X-Steel) and StruCAD to achieve this.

AutoCAD is also extensively used for smaller, more intricate projects.

WHIL - Design Engineers use a variety of state-of-the-art software tools, which include Mathcad, Masterseries, Prokon and the WHL developed eJoint for the design of connections. STAAD Pro and Risa 3D software's are used for structural analysis and design activities.
